Ing. Alberto is a chemical engineer who graduated from the UANL in Monterrey, Mexico. He worked 34 years at Cervecería Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma, and was responsible for Beer Development (Corporate Brewer), and Rules for Elaboration and Procedures, among other functions for this brewing group that produced more than 30 million hls per year. During his career he has carried out more than 100 technical audits of breweries and malteries in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, USA and the Russian Federation. He has attended brewing and malting courses in the USA, England and Canada, as well as several technical conventions of the IBTC, MBAA and EBC. He has also carried out evaluations of the brewing process at the Doemens facilities in Grafelfing, Germany. Alberto is an experienced consultant for craft brewers, whom he technically supports to define or adjust, products, flavor profiles, recipes, equipment, processes, and/or correct deviations in them.
