Tim has worked for the Siebel Institute since 1989, and has been involved in a variety of research projects related to brewing including ingredient, adjunct and processing aid usage, packaging issues, and recipe development, and leads the pilot brewing arm of Siebel Consulting.
He holds a B.S. in Biology from Roosevelt University (Chicago), and an M.S. in Molecular Biology from Northeastern Illinois University.
