Jason Pratt has achieved the rank of Master Cicerone® through the Cicerone® Certification Program, becoming the 11th person in the world to do so. This certification recognizes an exceptional understanding of brewing, beer styles, and beer and food pairing—combining outstanding tasting abilities with extensive knowledge of commercial beers. In 2024, Jason became co-owner of the Cicerone® Certification Program.
Throughout his brewing career, he has focused on developing projects in new and emerging segments of the industry. Jason holds a Master of Science in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics from Michigan State University. He has been featured in multiple publications, including the cover of Black Enterprise Magazine, All About Beer Magazine, The Hop Review, Crain's Chicago Business "40 under 40" and the Wall Street Journal .
