Siebel Institute of Technology, America’s oldest brewing school, is pleased to announce it will offer three classroom-based brewing courses in Asheville, NC in late 2023!
Following the successful launch of a sold-out 4-day course in Asheville last year, Siebel Institute will bring a selection of courses to the facilities of White Labs Brewing Co. in the heart of one of the nation’s best brewing regions. The beautiful city of Asheville is home to dozens of breweries including craft brewing giants Sierra Nevada and New Belgium, making for a vibrant local beer culture. With newly-created content designed and presented by experienced Siebel Institute and White Labs faculty, students will learn from some of the best in the industry in a unique training center that features a teaching lab, classroom, commercial-sized brewery, and restaurant. When not in class at White Labs, students can explore Asheville’s historic landmarks, cultural and culinary arts, and breathtaking natural beauty.
